I was shocked to see a sheet of frost on the windows this new sun.  Moments of unexpected change toy with my imagination.  It continues to prove how much I’m truly not in control.  It’s not that I’m a control freak.  I’m just not into things I didn’t see coming.  Over the past year the journey has been to create a separation with the world of news.  One problem.  When you remove the news from CNN, ABC and so on, you always drop the weather.  Rather than be bummed out by the natural display, the eyes chose to take note of the sun and how it was turning light into multitudes of layered prisms.  It cast colors in ways that seemed just as unpredictable as first walking into the forest.  Mother Nature’s paint is not found in a can.  Looking at the openness of life and seeing with my eyes then my heart.  Not my heart then eyes. I’ve got to say it again!  Looking at the openness of life and seeing with my eyes then my heart.  Not my heart then eyes.  We are guilty of seeing things with our heart first then sharing it with our eyes.  When things don’t play out the way your heart designed it, your eyes constantly search for what will make your heart happy.  Let it begin with the eyes first!  When I write in the morning I do not speak from my heart.  The words that appear on paper start with my eyes then share the story with the heart.  If I spoke from heart first, the eyes read it then return it to the heart.  An endless circle.  I was shocked to see a sheet of frost on the windows this new sun.  Moments of unexpected change toy with my imagination. That was my heart speaking.  When I allowed the eyes to tell the story the thought process changed. Rather than be bummed out by the natural display, the eyes chose to take note of the sun and how it was turning light into multitudes of layered prisms.  Grow forward through sight.
