Nancy Cartwright

Listen to "Nancy Cartwright In Search Of Fellini" on Spreaker. Best known as the spiky-headed underachiever Bart Simpson, Emmy Award-winning voice actor Nancy Cartwright is also the unique voice behind Simpsons’ characters Ralph Wiggum, Nelson Muntz, and Rod Flanders. In addition to her work on The Simpsons, Nancy has continually expanded her acting arena, taking on the voice of Chuckie in Nickelodeon’s Rugrats and Rufus the Naked Mole Rat in Disney’s new hit show Kim Possible – all in keeping with her history of playing popular characters on such animated series as Richie Rich; Animaniacs; Pinky and The Brain; The Critic; God, The Devil and Bob; Mike, Lu & Og; as well as Chuck Jones’ final work, Timberwolf. In addition to her voiceover work, Nancy has founded and operates Cartwright Entertainment, her own production company, has completed a worldwide book signing tour for her bestselling book “My Life as a Ten-Year-Old Boy”, and enjoys being very active as a volunteer in the community, supporting many non-profit organizations which focus on helping children, such as Famous Fone Friends, The Make-A-Wish Foundation, The Way to Happiness Foundation and The Citizens Commission on Human Rights. Under her production company banner, Spotted Cow Entertainment, Nancy was a very early entry into the world of Digital Entertainment producing with Turner Broadcasting and NASCAR a critically acclaimed animated series called The Kelly’s. Spotted Cow, along with Myriad Pictures, recently co-produced Holiday Joy, the delightful comedy starring Bailee Madison. It was released for the Holidays in 2016. More recently, on 24 February, as a producer and writer, she had the world premiere of her feature film In Search of Fellini at the Los Angeles Italia Film Festival.
