Fresh off its highest-rated season to date, Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making The Team kicks off with unprecedented access into the cheerleading candidates’ lives, as the hopeful young women fight for a coveted spot on the most technically-advanced team yet. Now working with such world class choreographers as Travis Wall and Tyce Diorio (So You Thank You Can Dance), and choreographer to the stars Charm La’donna (Kendrick Lamar, Meghan Trainor, Britney Spears and more), the Training Camp Candidates must learn and perfect new choreography every episode. The star-wattage continues this season as Dancing With The Stars icons Cheryl Burke and Melissa Rycroft help judge auditions to select the best of the best.

As director of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, Kelli Finglass is an internationally recognized leader and trendsetter of the NFL. From the Philippines to the Persian Gulf, this enthusiastic Texan has been representing the Dallas Cowboys since 1984. After cheering for the Dallas Cowboys for four years, Finglass was the first cheerleader in history who did not have to re-audition but was selected back automatically by the director for a fifth season. Following her cheerleading career, she was hired as assistant director to the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. She also worked for one year in sales and promotions for the Dallas Cowboys. In 1991, she was promoted to director where she now finds herself completely responsible for the success and growth of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
