So many thoughts. Too
many attempts. The value of the moment
is always based on being aware of all things moving. I heard a quote from the new movie Dear Evan
Hansen, “Soon this will be a moment from a very long long time ago.” What an amazing point of view. It touches several sides of your personal
journey. There are multiple challenges
and changes that take us to our knees and in time it’ll require distance to
locate what still remains. Holding onto
things for long periods of time is who we are.
Regret and defeat have a way of weighing us down. Not just in the moment it was given life but
in the decades that follow. The daily
goal is to bask in a modern ray of life.
Let new life grow where a fire has destroyed. I keep a de-frag journal. Not just taking notes but holding yourself
accountable for the events of the present moment not yesterday or a year
ago. It’s the art of letting go. Setting free. Lock your energy on being
focused on discovery not recovery.
