Seth Alley
You can't release a song called Things We Don't Talk About then walk into my iHeart Radio Studio. You're gonna open up. I'll locate the key to your creative mind and then unlock the Unplugged and Totally Uncut story. It's Country Music's hot new comer Seth Alley!!!!
I’m the oldest of three kids. I grew up in the small east Tennessee town of Sparta. I like to tell stories.
As long as I can remember I’ve liked to tell them, and so I guess becoming a songwriter was logical. Every song I write is like a chapter from a book…they are stories for you and truths for me.
I never write a song just to write a song. They paint a true and vivid picture of what my life is or was like. My goal when writing is to make people feel something – I want them to think. My stories, and thus my songs, come from observation, lessons, love and dreams.
I picked up the guitar at the age of thirteen and formed my first band at fourteen. With over 1,000 shows under my belt, the next step was to go after my true dream of becoming a professional artist…so off to Music City I went. I started making trips back and forth to Nashville at the end of 2012, and it was on that first trip I met Bill McDermott, who would end up being my producer. Bill introduced me to Jody Williams at BMI, who helped me land a publishing deal with Sony ATV and management with Spalding Entertainment (home to Jason Aldean, Rascal Flatts, Brooks & Dunn, and Terri Clark.) Literally a few weeks later, I was signing a record deal with Big Machine Records.
That was June of 2014. You can say life is pretty awesome right now…
Leighton Meester Heartstrings
Fresh from the big screen and Broadway. The star of Country Strong and Of Mice and Men is the artist critics are calling the next Tori Amos, Stevie Nicks and Joni Mitchell. From the iHeart Radio Studio I'm Unplugged and Totally Uncut with actress Leighton Meester
“Heartstrings is a mixture of noir-y indie rock, anthemic folk-pop and Beach Boys-esque balladry.”- Made Man
“In the style of ethereal singer-songwriters such as Tori Amos and Joni Mitchell…”-Billboard
(November 20, 2014)- Leighton Meester’s debut album entitled, Heartstrings, a dreamy singer-songwriter narrative of guarded love, irony and heartache was released everywhere on October 28. In support of the record’s release, Leighton will be headlining three nights at Los Angeles’ Hotel Café throughout the month of January. Dates and purchase links can be found below.
Known primarily as an actress for her roles in such projects as Gossip Girl, Country Strong, and the recent revival of "Of Mice and Men" on Broadway, Leighton Meester is excited to share her passion for music with the release of Heartstrings. Written by Meester and produced by Jeff Trott (Sheryl Crow, Augustana), the nine-song album bares the influence of such artists as Stevie Nicks, Tori Amos, Neil Young and Joni Mitchell. "I wrote Heartstrings as a process of relief, and working with Jeff allowed the songs themselves to grow as much as they could, which was considerable,” says Leighton. “Our approach was to flesh out the atmosphere around the feeling of each song with preproduction and then added the spontaneity of a live room for recording."
Heartstrings is available everywhere Hotly Wanting Records. Purchase the album on iTunes now: http://smarturl.it/LMheartstrings

Phil Zuckerman Living The Secular Life
Drawing on groundbreaking sociological research and extensive in-depth interviews with men and women across the country, Living the Secular Life illuminates this demographic shift with the moral convictions that govern secular individuals. Zuckerman reveals that, despite opinions to the contrary, nonreligious Americans possess a unique moral code that allows them to effectively navigate the complexities of modern life. Spiritual self-reliance, clear-eyed pragmatism, and an abiding faith in the Golden Rule to adjudicate moral decisions: these common principles are shared across secular society. By sharing the real-life stories and beliefs of individuals who have chosen to live a secular life, Zuckerman demonstrates these principles in action and points to their usage throughout daily life.

Mountain Man Duck Dynasty
Duck Dynasty star Tim Guraedy is best known to the show’s millions of hard-core fans as "Mountain Man," the slow-talking air-conditioning repairman/radio host who is a neighbor to the Robertsons, the Louisiana family that made a fortune from its best-selling duck calls, and around which the show is based. "Mountain Man" is the only semi-regular cast member who is not a Robertson family member or employee of Duck Commander.
Now in its third season, Duck Dynasty has become A&E’s most-watched series in the network’s history. The February 27, 2013 two-episode Season 3 premiere tallied 8.6 million viewers, making it the most-watched telecast in network history.
While he was born in Louisiana, Guraedy moved around a bit in his youth, spending time in Minnesota, Tennessee and Indiana. But the lure of the Bayou State was too strong, and Guraedy returned to Louisiana, where it has been his home for the past 25 years. He lives in Monroe, LA, the small town made famous by Duck Dynasty and Duck Commander. Guraedy’s weekly radio show on local station Z107.5, Big Z Country has become popular all over the globe, with people tuning in, via the Internet, to hear "Mountain Man"’s delightful mix of common sense, sports, music – and usually a Bible verse or two. For to know "Mountain Man" is to know a man whose Christian faith is a big part of who he is. “Life’s not easy, but I have God in my life and it’s so much better. So much better,” he has said. This faith, as well as his recent celebrity, is now allowing him the opportunity to reach out to people who need inspiration: “I love being able to actually go to schools and give speeches about bullying, drugs, and abstinence. It makes my soul feel good,” Guraedy continued. Guraedy is also an avid outdoorsman, enjoying both fresh and salt water fishing, as well as hunting for everything from wild boar to, well, ducks, of course.
It doesn’t matter if people know him as Monroe, LA AC repairman Tim Guraedy or TV personality “Mountain Man,” – you’ll still get the same humble, down-to-earth man: “I’ve never been a person to judge, or to hold grudges. I don’t hate anybody, and I don’t even have the ability to do so. I’ve always tried to treat others like I would like to be treated.”
“I’m just a country boy…a redneck sticking to my roots.”

Bryan Adams 30 Years of Reckless
I was on the air at KOOK in Billings, Montana when clean cut rebel by the name of Bryan Adams began turning radio waves into huge requests and number one songs. From the iHeart Radio Studio I'm Unplugged and Totally Uncut with Bryan Adams.
Being a Radio Jock in the 1980's was a brilliant adventure through multitudes of creative temptations. New acts and sounds were coming from all corners of the planet. One minute stations were All American then suddenly British invasion. Australia was perking up. As was Canada. And I'm not talking Gordon Lightfoot and Anne Murray. Both have their place in music history but it wasn't going to be in the 1980's. Fronting the pack was Bryan Adams. I took the phone calls from impatient listeners. They saw him perform on MTV and American Bandstand. They screamed into that phone for more. Who was this clean cut rebel and what was he doing to my two speaker stage?

Robbie Rogers Coming Out To Play
The Olympian that took on a challenge bigger than winning a gold medal. Was it about victory? Was it a challenge to take on a secret and give it life outside what created total darkness. From the iHeart Radio Studio I'm Unplugged and Totally Uncut with professional soccer prlayer Robbie Rogers.
In February 2013, when championship-winning soccer player Robbie Rogers came out as gay via a letter that he posted online, he made sports history. After having kept his sexuality a secret for 25 years, he became the first openly gay man to compete in a major North American professional sports league. For much of his life, Robbie Rogers lived in paralyzing fear that sharing his big secret would cost him both his family’s love and his hard-won career as a professional soccer player. He could be a pro athlete. Or he could be an out gay man. He couldn’t do both. Then, at age 25, after nearly stepping away from a brilliant career—one that included competing in the Olympics, playing for Leeds United, and winning the MLS Cup—he chose to finally tell his truth. But instead of the rejection that he had feared for so long, he was embraced by his family, by his teammates, and by his fans. Now, he shares the story of the turbulent years leading up to that landmark decision, and the profound ways in which his life changed in its wake in his new memoir, Coming Out to Play.
Tommy DeCarlo Christmas Hat
The front man of Boston stepped into the iHeart Radio Studio today and we got a little jiggy about Christmas. Tommy DeCarlo is fresh out of the recording studio and he's got a song you're gonna want to instantly pop onto your Ipod or notebook. We are Unplugged and Totally Uncut
Being in the studio is a moment fans of music should one day experience. Amazing things happen. Although the journey is set. Often times the path begins to change. Having a gut feeling becomes louder than the original idea. Tommy DeCarlo listened to the invisible nudge. Creating a Christmas moment that'll reach families worldwide.

Mark Greaney Full Force and Effect
With TOM CLANCY FULL FORCE AND EFFECT: A Jack Ryan Novel Mark Greaney, co-author of three of Tom Clancy’s #1 New York Times bestsellers, once again displays his ability to hit the trifecta of what makes a great Clancy book: Tom's terrific characters combined with edge-of-your-seat action scenes and the over-the-horizon prescience about world events that characterizes Tom's books.
Each of Tom Clancy’s eighteen previous novels became a #1 New York Times bestseller, and total sales of his books worldwide are estimated at more than one hundred million copies. In total, Clancy wrote more than one hundred fiction and non-fiction books. His first effort, The Hunt for Red October, sold briskly as a result of rave reviews, and then catapulted onto the New York Times bestseller list in 1984 after President Reagan pronounced it “the perfect yarn.” From that day forward, Clancy established himself as an undisputed master at blending exceptional realism and authenticity, intricate plotting, and razor-sharp suspense. Four of his novels became the basis for hit movies (The Hunt for Red October, Patriot Games, Clear and Present Danger, and The Sum of All Fears). Another hit film, 2013’s Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit, was based on an original story about the early CIA days of Clancy’s hero. Clancy’s work spawned a videogame empire, as well, with sales of more than seventy-five million games to date. He passed away in October 2013.
Liz Tuccillo from Take Care
She was the author of the final two seasons of Sex and the City plus He's Just Not That In To You. Now a brand new movie called Take Care. From the iHeart Radio Studio I'm Unplugged and totally Uncut with Liz Tuccillo
Have you ever wondered what would happen if you got hit by a car in New York City and broke an arm and a leg? Are there people in your life that would take care of you? Well, Liz Tuccillo, writer and director of Take Care has imagined that exact scenario. The charismatic Leslie Bibb stars in the film as Frannie, a single woman who happens to live in a four-story walkup in Manhattan. Yes, Frannie, with two broken limbs declines her sister Fallon’s (played by the amazing Nadia Dajani) offer to stay with her in suburban New Jersey. The opening scene is ten minutes of Fallon and Frannie’s best friend Laila (played by Marin Ireland) trying to get Frannie out of a cab and up four flights of stairs to her apartment. The psychical comedy expressed in this claustrophobic stairwell is remarkable. Frannie would rather knock on her neighbor’s door and ask for help than stay in her sister’s home.
Not only is Frannie physically wounded but she just received some emotional punches from her ex-boyfriend Devon (played by The Newsroom’s Thomas Sadoski) who just made a $6 million dollar deal with Yahoo! He broke up with Frannie after she spent two years taking care of him when he was going through a bout of cancer. As Frannie’s friends and family flake out more and more as she heals in her apartment alone, she calls Devon and demands that he take care of her. She does this despite not talking to him for years. After a few attempts Frannie finally gets her way and Devon agrees to take care of her even though he lives with his girlfriend Jodi, played by Betty Gilpin (of Nurse Jackie fame). Gilpin steals every scene she’s in. Jodi is an emotional wreck who admits her jealousy is something she needs to work on. She’s a big ball of crazy—complete with bugged-out eyes, bottom lip quivering and loud hysterics. At this point, Take Care becomes the rom-com it intended to be but keeps a realistic edginess more commercial films seem to lack. Most of the movie is shot in Frannie’s apartment with Leslie Bibb completely bedridden. But Take Care never feels claustrophobic thanks to Bibb’s charismatic performance and Tuccillo’s direction. The only complaint I have is Tuccillo underusing Marin Ireland. I have a feeling there might be more than a few scenes with her on the cutting room floor and I would do almost anything for them to appear on the DVD release of the film.

Lorenzo Lamas
When it comes to the name Lorenzo Lamas. Why do more men than women say, "Whoa..." From the iHeart Radio Studio I'm Unplugged and Totally Uncut with one of the worlds most famous sex symbols. Lorenzo Lamas
Lorenzo Lamas was born in Santa Monica and grew up in Southern California. At thirteen, he moved with his mother, stage and screen actress Arlene Dahl, to New York City. There he attended the Admiral Farragut Academy, a military school where he developed character and discipline that would benefit him for the rest of his life. During his four years at Farragut, he became interested in athletics and lettered in wrestling and track. He was president of his senior class and 2nd in charge of aBatallion of 300 cadets. He graduated with the intention of enrolling in the University of California to study veterinary medicine. However, during the summer of that year, he visited his father Fernando Lamas on the film set of The Cheap Detective. It was at this point he decided to pursue a career in acting and to follow his father’s advice to enroll in Tony Barr’s actors’ studio.
Lorenzo’s first big break came at nineteen, when he won the role of Tom Chisum in the blockbuster film Grease. From there, he was cast in several television roles until he got another lucky break, being cast in the nighttime soap Falcon Crest. He had been studying the martial art Tae Kwon Do, and the producers quickly realized how important it was to incorporate this skill into his character’s action scenes. After nine years on Falcon Crest, his action hero credentials were established and he made a number of action movies including Snake Eater, Body Rock and CIA Target Alexa, which he also directed.
At this point, Lorenzo was a black belt and met with Stephen Cannell to develop an action television series, Renegade. For the next five years, he filmed 110 episodes of the show, producing and occasionally directing as well as acting the series. Air America followed, whetting his appetite for aviation. Thanks to the many hours this series required him to spend behind the controls of an airplane, he became a certified private pilot in 1997 and later received his commercial helicopter rating as well.
Actively pursuing his career as an actor, director and producer, he is always staying busy. He also co-chairs several children’s charities, including Make a Wish, MDA and his annual Ride to the Dunes for Child Abuse Awareness.
Lorenzo is married and has six children, three of whom still live at home. They are his number one priority.
LORENZO LAMAS TO APPEAR ON 2015's CELEBRITY APPRENTICE
TV journalist Geraldo Rivera, and “The Bold and the Beautiful” actor Lorenzo Lamas will be among the contestants appearing in the upcoming “Celebrity Apprentice.”
NBC announced Tuesday the lineup of 16 personalities that will compete for their favorite charities as the reality show returns for a new season in the boardroom with Donald Trump on Jan. 4.
Baseball star Johnny Damon, mother of eight Kate Gosseling along with “Deadliest Catch” star Sig Hansen, NFL great Terrell Owens, and musician Kevin Jonas are also slated to appear.
Actresses Keshia Knight Pulliam and Vivica A. Fox, comedian Gilbert Gottfried, Olympic athletes Shawn Johnson and Jamie Anderson, actor Ian Ziering, and TV personalities Leeza Gibbons, Brandi Glanville and Kenya Moore round out the rivals for the new season.
ABOUT LORENZO'S AUTOBIOGRAPHY RENEGADE AT HEART
Lorenzo Lamas has played many roles over the course of his roller coaster career. Star of several major television shows and action films, five-time husband, and reality show star, including competing in the next season of “The Celebrity Apprentice” scheduled to air in early 2015, Lamas has been tabloid fodder for decades. Fans can easily believe they have seen every side of Lamas. But the truth is far more interesting and surprising.
Son of film stars Fernando Lamas and Arlene Dahl, and stepson of swimmer and actress Esther Williams, Lorenzo was born into Hollywood royalty. But his path was not easy. Overweight and aimless as a child, he found it hard to live up to his famous father’s expectations, whose exploits made him the inspiration for the "most interesting man in the world", and have a mother who was aloof and detached.
However, Lorenzo surprised everyone, shaping up and ultimately winning countless black belts in Tae Kwon Do. Despite his father's early discouragement, he pursued acting, starring in “Falcon Crest” and “Renegade”. In Lorenzo’s upcoming autobiography Renegade at Heart (BenBella Books, December 9, 2014), the Emmy and Golden Globe nominated actor pulls back the curtain to share his startling and explosive story, the money and notoriety, the fights and falling outs, his years of battling abandonment and attachment issues after his parents' divorce, and his epic romances and tabloid-making marriages to his four ex-wives. He delves deep into his relationships with his six children and with his famous father, whose penetrating words of wisdom have guided him through turbulent times and to a sense of renewal and new beginnings.
Featuring 50 rare, never-before-shared family and personal photographs from his private collection, Renegade at Heart is everything Lamas' millions of fans have been waiting for—the unvarnished truth and his side of his remarkable journey and fully fleshed rumination of the highs and lows of an extraordinary life and survival of an extraordinary man and actor.
Senator John McCain
History in America reaches beyond super heroes and record breaking sports figures. The men and women that helped shape this nation from the front line is a story that should never be forgotten. From the iHeart Radio Studio I'm Unplugged and Totally Uncut with Senator John McCain
From their acts of self-sacrifice to their astonishing bravery, these thirteen soldiers embody the best America has to offer. “We were not looking for thirteen stories of supermen or superwomen,” the authors say. “We wanted to write straightforward, honest accounts of ordinary people in extraordinary circumstances.” In THIRTEEN SOLDIERS, John McCain and Mark Salter remind us that “we owe veterans, the living and the dead, a country that remains worthy of their sacrifice. And we owe them our respect for the truth of what they did.”
ABOUT JOHN MCCAIN
Senator John McCain served in the United States Navy from 1954 until 1981. He was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives from Arizona in 1982 and to the Senate in 1986. He was the Republican Party’s nominee for president in the 2008 election. He is currently serving his fifth term in the Senate.

David Fanning
He's penned out monster hits for Parmalee and Thompson Square. Now David Fanning has been released to the wave of hot new Country hitting the both shores of America. Frm the IHeart Radio Studio I'm Unplugged and Totally Uncut with songwriter/producer David Fanning
There’s something symbolic about David Fanning growing up practically on top of the Tennessee-Alabama state line. For much of his life, the rising country music star has been expertly straddling another line: the one between artist and producer.
As the guiding force behind the hot Nashville production team NV Entertainment, David has overseen three #1 hits by Thompson Square and Parmalee, and worked to ready newer acts, like guitar-slinger Lindsay Ell, for the big time. Taking what he has learned behind the console, David also crafted his own brand of country music, which he is finally ready to release into the world.
“Being an artist was always the plan, but sometimes you get there a different way. When me and my partners in NV met Thompson Square and produced their debut album, I got sidetracked, in a good way,” says David. “But when you have an opportunity to expand and get better at your craft, you take it. Producing albums helped me become the artist I am.”
\u2028With his fresh, honeyed voice and the gift to make whatever he records distinctly his own, David is the kind of artist country music needs right now.
“I want my songs to have depth, and touch on all the sounds that today’s music fan cares about,” he says. “On their iPhones, people have Imagine Dragons, Lupe Fiasco and then Florida Georgia Line and Jason Aldean. I wanted to acknowledge that.”
David’s debut single, “Drink You Away,” personifies that mission statement. Originally written and recorded by Justin Timberlake, “Drink You Away” is David’s interpretation of what the pop superstar would sound like had he recorded in Nashville. SiriusXM deejay Storme Warren played David’s version for Justin when he stopped by his radio show, and the song took on a life of its own.
“The song blew up and, with Justin’s blessing, it became the first single,” David recalls. “Justin said he loved my voice, loved everything about the arrangement and to go for it.”
But David first pursued a country career years earlier, when he moved from his parents’ 100-acre farm in Ardmore, Tenn., to Nashville. Forever a fan of country radio—“I didn’t have a favorite country CD that I listened to all day long. I was listening to country radio,” he says—David gravitated to songs by such 1990s stars as Kenny Chesney, Neal McCoy and David Lee Murphy. “I had it all, and I listened to everything,” he says, citing David Lee’s “Dust on the Bottle” as one of the songs that first inspired him. “And now David Lee is one of my good friends, which is amazing to me.”
With “Drink You Away” announcing David’s arrival, he’s anxious to get more of the music he has been recording for Red Bow Records into the hands of fans. Tracks like the moody “Blame It on You,” which he describes as “Imagine Dragons country,” and the driving “Shoulda Loved You Like I Do” are instant crowd-pleasers—and perfect additions to the country radio playlists that David so admires.
To find and maintain exactly the sound he’s after, David produces all of his songs, with input from his comrades in NV. A longtime audiophile, David has been training himself on Pro Tools since he was 14, becoming one of the music industry’s most adept manipulators of the popular recording software. “I taught myself everything by just doing it. I didn’t use books or YouTube or anything. I’ve just done it so long,” he says.
Now, David is poised to equal the success he’s had as a producer, as an artist. Although production is still a key component of who David Fanning is, it’s his own music that will define him.
“I want to tell a story and have influences from every genre,” he says of his forthcoming album. “Country to me is about people wanting to have a good time, but it’s not just about partying all night. There is also depth there.”
Best of all, he’s doing it his own way, following his own creative vision.
“Working with artists like Thompson Square, Parmalee and Lindsay Ell taught me how to stick out,” David says. “But most importantly, I learned how to be me.”

H Jon Benjamin from Bobs Burger and Archer
Dear Santa... Are cartoon people real just like us? This one is! From the iHeart Radio Studio I'm Unplugged and Totally Uncut with the man that brings Bob to life on Bobs Burger and he is the man named Archer. H Jon Benjamin.
No matter where I lecture. Somebody always approaches me about becoming a voice over actor. Then... they bust out in cartoon voices. Umm that's an animation voice over actor. I do commercials. Not too many animated voices sell Lincolns and Ford Mustangs. One of the biggest animation voices on the market right now is actor H Jon Benjamin from Fox Networks Bob's Burgers.

Brian Ray Part Five
Paul McCartney's lead guitarist makes his way back to iHeart Radio to talk about the Bayonets. What's it like to be the hottest new band of Classic Rock while still keeping focused on the Paul's always going tour schedule? Plus we talk about hobbies. What would be the one thing a man of guitar caliber would collect other than musical instruments?
Comedian Greg Morton
Woody and Wilcox on 1065 The End said Greg Morton will totally blow you away. Little did I know that Greg and I would be swiped from the iHeart Radio Studio by a blast of blown away and land in areas completely off this planet. When I say we are Unplugged and Totally Uncut with comedian Greg Morton... hold on tight. There has to be a reason why I allowed this guy to take my Muppets on the wall with him.
They call our special guest this evening, Mr. Standing O! He’s known as the ultimate stand up act at clubs, colleges, and theatres across the U.S., Canada, Australia, and The United Kingdom.
He has shared the stage with comedy legends, Dave Chappelle, and Chris Rock!

Daniel Rodriguez A Glorious Christmas
He first caught the attention of the world shortly after the towers fell on 9/11. He's the singing police officer. Dubbed the American Tenor. Wait until you hear what he's released in the shape of Christmas. From the iHeart Radio Studio I'm Unplugged and Totally Uncut with Daniel Rodriguez.
Daniel Rodriguez, the now-retired NYPD officer, chose to follow his passion and dreams after 9/11, that of becoming a recording artist and he soon became known to many as the "singing policeman." He helped bring the country an uplifting spirit of promise and hope with his stirring rendition of "God Bless America" after the September 11th terrorist attacks. Being a member of the NYPD and their prestigious ceremonial unit as official singer gave him a great sense of pride and was rewarding. Witnessing first hand the tragedy of 9/11 made him realize how fleeting life is.
The now-established recording artist, known as America’s Beloved Tenor, was immediately signed by Manhattan Records, a division of EMI, after his stellar performance of "God Bless America" at Yankee Stadium’s Prayer for America thrust him upon the world stage. He now has ten CDs to his credit.
Daniel releases his first Christmas album in November 2014 "A Glorious Christmas." "I have always wanted to record a Christmas CD and make it as unique in style and as authentic to Daniel Rodriguez as possible. I believe I have achieved both. In "A Glorious Christmas" fans will hear some of the big vocal performances that have become synonymous with America’s Beloved Tenor. With this CD I wanted to also showcase the raw offering I have as an artist."
"I chose "I Believe" to record as a duet with my wife, soprano and international recording artist, Marla Kavanaugh. We both decided that we needed to offer a song of inspiration for the difficult times we are all facing as a Global Community. "I Believe" was the perfect choice as it lends itself to any occasion and the sentiment is exactly what Marla and I feel as world artists with a tendency toward optimism. The opening line is ‘One day I'll hear the laugh of children, in a world where war has been banned’ and continues with ‘One day I'll see men of all colors, sharing words of love and devotion.’ Marla and I hope these sentiments will spread during this holiday season and beyond.
The second duet is with pop diva and charting artist Shelea Frazier. Shelea is a consummate professional that brings an amazing vocal performance to the pop selection "Christmas Day.” I am delighted to be working with such a bright talent who has come so far in the music industry. "Christmas Day" is a fun holiday piece that truly shows my lighter side and Shelea's pop style is the perfect compliment to my "pop tenor" approach.
Four the third duet on “A Glorious Christmas” I was thrilled to be able to sing a bilingual duet with my dearest friend and 2 time Grammy nominee, Karina Nuvo. This soulful Latin diva brought new life to the well known holiday hymn "Silent Night." When creating a Christmas CD probably the most difficult thing to do is to create something new. This timeless classic has been recorded in every genre imaginable, for us to come up with a new offering was a challenge. Karina helped me to do just that, "Silent Night" has a new sound and wonderful harmonies that can only be described as straight from the heart. I had to offer a bilingual song or I would be disowned by my parents and hence, "Silent Night” is offered in Spanish and English.”
"Where Else Would A Lamb Be Born" is a tenor’s dream and spoke to me from the first time I heard it. The words bring to life the idea of the Lamb of God and the birth of Christ when in the song it states ‘A bed of straw became his cradle, embracing God in human form. One would expect more than a stable, but where else would a lamb be born.’ The song captured my heart and so it became a proud part of "A Glorious Christmas"
“I recorded my first Latin CD, “Por Ti Volare,” in 2013 to honor my heritage, and I’m glad we included an English/Spanish version of “Silent Night” on ‘A Glorious Christmas.”
After 9/11, then-New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, helped set up an audition with Placido Domingo who also performed at Yankee Stadium’s A Prayer for America. Daniel studied with Maestro Domingo and the staff at the Young Artist Program in Washington for a year and a half. Daniel’s operatic debut took place in June of 2006 where he sang the role of ‘Canio’ in “Pagliacci” with the Chelsea Opera Company in New York City. In 2007 Daniel was named “Best p\Performance by a Leading Male” for the 2006-2007 season by OperaOnline for his portrayal of ‘Canio’ with Granite State Opera.
He has performed at many high profile events including the Republican National Convention and President Bush’s “Celebration of Freedom” Inaugural concert. Daniel performs as part of The New York Tenors in concerts around the country, and in 2012/ 2014 sang for a September 11 Memorial Day service on the USS Bowfin at Pearl Harbor. Daniel has been a recurring guest on The PBS Memorial Day television concerts at the Capitol in Washington D.C. with Gary Sinise and Joe Mantegna . He continues to perform classical crossover concerts around the world as well as “The Star Spangled Banner” and “God Bless America” at football, basketball and baseball games, including several World Series. He has toured Holland, Germany , Switzerland, New Zealand, Australia and extensively in the US.
A television favorite, he has guested on “The Hour of Power,” “The Late Show with David Letterman,” “Larry King Live,” “Live with Regis and Kelly,” “Oprah,” "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" and “Praise the Lord.” Being fluent in Spanish Daniel has guested on the Latin market’s top TV shows including “The Fernando Espuelas Show," "Despierta America," "Al Despertar," " Sabado Gigante with Don Francisco" and "El Vacilon de la Manana" He continues to welcome the opportunity to work with institutions such as the USO, City of Hope and numerous law enforcement and military organizations.
At 16, he presented his first recital at Carnegie Hall; at 17, he was billed as the “17-year-old Baritone.” Then, at age 19, he put music aside to raise his family, going to work to make ends meet. He worked at the post office, and then as a police officer in the New York City Police Department. It was in uniform that local New York audiences began to discover his voice and his passion for the music he sang. Before the events of 9/11, he was already quite well known around New York City as he had sung in “Broadway on Broadway,” in local opera and musical theater productions.
Wherever he goes, Daniel is asked about that fateful September morning and how it changed his life. He was driving over the Verrazano Bridge to begin his shift with the NYPD when the first plane hit the World Trade Center. He was on the ground near the buildings when they collapsed, nearly losing his own life. Nine years later he went back to heal himself. From this journey Daniel has begun “Find 9/12.com” the quest to rediscover the unity we experienced in the wake of the 9/11 attacks.
Daniel has tours scheduled for 2014 and 2015 in Holland, New Zealand, and the US. In 2015 Daniel will return for the third time to Hawaii for 9/11. His "Salute to the Fallen" continues to be part of the Commemoration Ceremonies at Pearl Harbor.

Joe Lynn Turner from Rated X
You know his voice from the groups Rainbow and Deep Purple. The iHeart Radio Studio is overflowing with Classic Rocker lead vocalist Joe Lynn Turner. We're Unplugged and Totally Uncut with his power riffing drum hitting hard rocker the group Rated X
RATED X is an exciting and fresh new band built around the talents of four heavy-hitters of American Hard Rock. Comprising of vocalist Joe Lynn Turner (Rainbow, Deep Purple, Yngwie Malmsteen), guitarist Karl Cochran (Ace Frehley), fretless-bass monster Tony Franklin (The Firm, Blue Murder, Whitesnake) and iconic drummer Carmine Appice (Vanilla Fudge, Rod Stewart, Ozzy Osbourne, Blue Murder), RATED-X came about when Frontiers’ President Serafino Perugino suggested to Turner that it was time to put together a band that could highlight his abilities in a classic Hard Rock musical environment.
Appice was the first one who was called in to be part of it, given the long history of friendship and musical camaraderie with Turner. After a quick search, Tony Franklin soon agreed to be part of the band – thus reuniting the rhythm section that was featured in the legendary “Blue Murder” debut album. It was finally necessary to find the right guitarist and who could have been better than long time Joe Lynn Turner collaborator, Karl Cochran: a flamboyant guitar player that can masterfully handle the Arena Rock style, with a Classic Hard Rock sensibility second to none.
Under the executive direction of Perugino and the hard work of Frontiers in-house producer Alessandro Del Vecchio (Hardline, Livin’ Out Loud, Voodoo Circle) songwriting demos were laid down during the last months of 2013.
With ties to some of heavy rock’s most seminal bands – Rainbow, Deep Purple, Blue Murder and Vanilla Fudge – RATED X is a modern day supergroup who can literally light up a fire in the music fans with its class and gusto, with a nod to the roots of the classic British Hard Rock sound!

Drummer Carmine Appice from the group Rated X
Rated X because they are the ex-members of some of the biggest name in Classic Rock History. From the iHeart Radio Studio I'm Unplugged and Totally Uncut with legendary drummer Carmine Appice
RATED X was formed at the suggestion of, and under the guidance of Frontiers’ President Serafino Perugino, and consists of singer Joe Lynn Turner, the former lead vocalist for both Rainbow and Deep Purple and a solo artist in his own right; drum legend Carmine Appice, (Vanilla Fudge, Cactus, Ozzy Osbourne, Rod Stewart, Blue Murder, King Kobra and others); Appice’s former Blue Murder band-mate and bassist, Tony Franklin (best known for his work with The Firm, Jimmy Page, Paul Rodgers, David Gilmour, Kate Bush, and Whitesnake); and long-time Turner collaborator and former member of Ace Frehley’s band, guitarist Karl Cochran. Frontiers in-house producer, Alessandro del Vecchio, not only handled studio production but added keyboards on several tracks. Pat Regan (Mr. Big, Deep Purple, Gotthard, Kiss, Doro) mixed the album.
“Frontiers wanted me to do an album with prominent players who were well known rockers,” says vocalist Joe Lynn Turner. “Carmine was up at the offices one day and phoned me and we spoke about the possibility...and after much hard work and trauma ....here we are! I say that because we went through a lot of changes...guitar players and craziness doing this CD, but that's a story in itself.”
