For fans that can’t wait for Kinane’s new material, the special will be available on January 20 on CC: Stand-Up Direct. Filmed at the historic 40 Watt Club in Athens, Georgia, Kyle Kinane’s new special delivers wonderfully grim anecdotes filtered through his own optimistic lens. In I Liked His Old Stuff Better, his second special for Comedy Central, Kinane chooses to marvel rather than rue such experiences as falling in the shower and receiving pickled eggs as a token of love. I Liked His Old Stuff Better will be available on January 24 in the Comedy Central App to fans that sign in via their cable or satellite provider. The Comedy Central App is available for free for iOS on the App Store, on Chromecast, for Android on the Google Play store, and for Xbox One. The extended and uncensored version of I Liked His Old Stuff Better will be available for download on iTunes, Amazon Instant Video, Xbox Video, Sony Entertainment Network, Vudu and Google Play on January 27. The digital album also will be available on that date on iTunes, Amazon MP3, Google Play, Spotify and all streaming services. The album pre-order link will be available on January 13. The special will be available for pre-order in SD and HD on Amazon and iTunes on January 16. Kinane has appeared on @midnight, Conan, Workaholics, and Comedy Bang! Bang! He can be heard as the voice of Comedy Central and in various animated programs such as Regular Show, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Bob’s Burgers, TripTank and the feature film EPIC, among others.
