At the age of six, Chris' parents bought him a guitar as an outlet for his energy. With encouragement from his dad, he started singing in middle school. After college, Chris knew he needed to head to Nashville to further his career. His family held a fundraiser in their small town to help him pursue his dream. He met the right people in Nashville and recorded a song at Dierks Bentley's studio with some of Dierks' backing band. Now, back home in Wisconsin, he currently plays 200-plus shows a year and travels overseas to play for the troops in the Middle East.
