 The Steve Wilkos Show is in its 12th season and has been renewed for two more seasons.

• Steve is celebrating 25 years of working at NBCUniversal! He began his stint as Jerry Springer’s bodyguard in 1994!

• Wilkos has been praised for raising awareness about social issues, such as substance abuse and domestic violence. He has been nominated for four Prism Awards.

• Steve's wife, Rachelle, is the EP of The Steve Wilkos Show. They have two children and live and work in Connecticut.

• Wilkos was in the Marine Corps for 7 years and then followed in his father’s footsteps as a Chicago police officer for 12 years.

• Wilkos is an avid sports fan. His favorite teams are the Chicago Bears and the Chicago Cubs (he grew up 3 minutes from Wrigley Field)
