Nickelodeon SlimeFest returns for its second year with live performances by global superstar Pitbull, chart-topping singer/songwriter Bebe Rexha, Nickelodeon star and YouTube sensation JoJo Siwa and Grammy Award-winning® artist T-Pain on Saturday, June 8, and Sunday, June 9. The two-day family-friendly music festival will be held at the Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island in Chicago, Ill. Consumers who subscribe to the SlimeFest email newsletter at www.nickslimefest.com will have access to purchase presale tickets beginning Wednesday, March 27, at 10:00 a.m. (CT). Tickets will go on sale to the general public beginning Friday, March 29, at 10 a.m. (CT).

In addition to live music, Nickelodeon SlimeFest will showcase one-of-a-kind experiences for the entire family featuring the network’s signature green slime. New activations for this year include a Slime Maze and an expanded Slime Central, where over 30 people can get slimed simultaneously. Festivalgoers can also experience the giant slime pit in front of the stage; make their own slime at the Slime Lab; participate in a silent Slime Disco; and purchase exclusive SlimeFest merchandise. The event will also feature appearances by fan-favorite stars from Nickelodeon series Annie vs. Hayley: LeBake Off!, Cousins For Life, Henry Danger and Knight Squad.

Nickelodeon superstar JoJo Siwa is a YouTube personality, singer, dancer, entrepreneur, social media influencer and New York Times bestselling author. Siwa has more than 9.2 million subscribers on YouTube with over 2.1 billion views, over 7.9 million followers on Instagram and more than 17.2 million followers on TikTok. Her hugely popular single "Boomerang” has been viewed over 670 million times and is certified platinum. In November of 2018, Nickelodeon released Siwa’s first-ever EP, entitled D.R.E.A.M. The Music. The EP features four new songs: “D.R.E.A.M.,” “My Story,” “Everyday Popstars” and “Only Getting Better.”

Siwa is about to embark on her first ever U.S. concert tour, Nickelodeon’s JoJo Siwa D.R.E.A.M. The Tour. Siwa is nominated for two awards (Favorite TV Host with Nick Cannon for Lip Sync Battle Shorties and Favorite Social Music Star) at Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards 2019, taking place Saturday, March 23. She’s the recipient of two Kids’ Choice awards (Favorite Viral Music Artist in 2017 and Musical YouTube Creator in 2018), and she also performed at last year’s event. In addition, Siwa recently launched her first animated short-form series on Nickelodeon’s YouTube channel, The JoJo & BowBow Show Show, starring Siwa and her furry best friend BowBow.
