Her new single, “High Wasted” by Rayne and Jaki Nelson is co-written and produced by Rayne (“America’s Got Talent”). The video is the companion/prequel video to the “Dancing With Strangers” video for her Billboard Top 10 hit co-produced by GRAMMY-winner Dave Aude (Lady Gaga, Beyonce).  “High Wasted” is a tale that’s as old as touring: Like players who only love you when they’re playing, the song speaks about the person who is only interested in someone because they’re well-known.  Jaki’s inspiration for the song is partly personal as it becomes more difficult to date people who like you for who you are and not just for who you are on stage as she tries to balance career success with the search for real love.
