Rebecca got involved in singing competitions in the fifth grade and after placing several times, she became a local standout. Rebecca's grandmother encouraged her to pursue music and was her biggest supporter. Sadly, she recently passed away, but Rebecca plans to honor her grandmother's memory by continuing to sing. Rebecca currently plans to go to college and spends her time singing at her church where she serves as worship leader. "The Voice" is Rebecca's chance to share her music beyond her small town..;
