What if we shut our eyes and wishfully thought? What if we located a way to turn it off? Where do we begin when what we’ve been given is shocking news three steps into the birth of a new day? This is a pretty serious podcast episode. We’ve moved from an “Oh Wow” moment during a pandemic to simply asking, “Where do we begin?” No matter what team you’re batting for, any and all times, there can’t be a division when the bright lights of strength face the possibility of dimming. Where do we begin? The judgement must be replaced by physical and meaningful compassion and empathy. No more sharp accusations of distrust and hatefulness. The beginning must start with uniting. Coming together to face the fires of a known storm so often set aside because in the moments of the walk it was always on someone else’s hill. We must begin by accepting. By being accountable and available for what could be a new age of unheard of change. The beginning should and will include all sides of the experience and opinion and in the name of the Greater Creator and under his or her universe we must make a choice to be in a place of authentic love and peace. Where do we begin? Forgiveness.
