We are we wasting a lot of time on repairing the why. Why was there a pandemic? Why was there an insurrection? Why won’t people please go back to work? Why?
Why? Why? Too much time is spent trying to fix the why. It’s time to energize this thing called
solutions. To put forth the effort of
utilizing your gifts as a common man and woman and lead your team to
recovery. Look at your team. If there are people on your path of reaching
for success that fail to believe in positive growth let them go. Dump them. Infect their pocket without
emptying yours. Dump the why
makers. The word why is strangling us with
excuses. Our greatest potential is being
demolished. We put people into place
that find no reason to invest in success.
The only way to get strong is to find that one person in the why maker
group and allow them to see why and how being faithful to the consumer is the
purpose of our place in the present.
One! That one person has the
ability to walk within the why makers and inspire them to look beyond the
excuse. It’s time to remove your instant
forgiveness toward those who have no interest in your reasons to generate a
product consumer’s need in their personal lives. Remove the why makers. But wait!
We as a nation are suffering from a first time ever workplace pandemic
of nobody wanting to work. The very second
I mention, “Go home now.” Their world refocuses. I’m no different than you. Tired of hearing, “I don’t want to be
here. I hate my job. I’m tired.
I can’t stand what you want from me.” Drop the why maker. You’ll never reach the stone preserving the
diamond feeling sorry for those that find no faith in your leadership. Winning is a choice. If you aren’t winning with me. Your paycheck will talk to you a different
day. I didn’t make the choice to change those numbers. The why maker did.
