A head full of thought.
None of it is strong enough to fall out.
How often do you feel that sinus pressure? A head full of thought. My daily discipline is
to write every morning at five. It helps
to unclog the mindset that was designed by last night’s dreams. I’m not a fan
of dreams. Never have been. They carry too much weight for a waking
moment. Many of my dreams feel too real.
Like it’s happening. A head full
of thought. None of it is strong enough
to fall out. Which can be seen as a
great place. Having the willingness to
step through what you saw and or experienced while dreaming. Learning to control your dreams is a
journey. The moment something doesn’t
look right, sound right or feel like it doesn’t belong is when I instantly wake
up. Which is the very reason why I don’t
like to dream. I don’t want to wake
up. Dreaming to me is no different than
your computer dumping its cache. Through
meditation I’m able to find peace. We have to stop using our dreams as early
morning energy makers. My wife is very
guilty of having an angry moment because of something she dreamed. She has the story already written and how it
will be acted out in reality which then turns her upside down. Learning how to free the mind is why I was
led to Nidra Meditation. We all have a
lot going on up there. But is it strong
enough to fall out? We spoke of the
positive being the weight. If it’s heavy enough then why bring it out
here? The other side of that is loosening
up the thoughts so you aren’t clogging up your ambition to grow forward. When I am crammed with too much thought I write. Not about what’s driving my six senses crazy
but I write about anything. To provide a
split second of time with something other than what may have been placed there
by a dream. Stream thinking is a
brilliant exercise. With practice you’ll
learn how to walk around what’s feeding your thoughts. I listen to a lot of frequency music. My present place is 528Hz. Which means what to the average person? Unless you’re here to experience the moment,
it’s very difficult to put into words.
What is your frequency? Go to
YouTube and type in frequency music. The
calmness is going to drive you bat crazy.
Until you find that place where a head full of thought has no place in
your day.
