Big Kenny and Christiev from Big Kenny and Family

Not only is he part of one the biggest teams in Country Music. But he's ready to show off the business of being a member of the family. Tomorrow night TLC premiere's Big Kenny and Family. On iHeart Radio I'm Unplugged and Totally Uncut with Big Kenny from Big and Rich and his wife Christiev. With a style that’s part pirate, part Renaissance man, and a good bit rock and roll country boy, Kenny Alphin, aka “Big Kenny” of Big & Rich, ditched farm life in Virginia to pursue his dream of making music in Nashville. Fueled by faith, authenticity, and plenty of heart, BIG KENNY AND FAMILY follows Kenny, his wife Christiev, and their sons, Dakota, Lincoln, Christopher and Cameron, as they navigate their unordinary home life while Kenny is on a break from his whirlwind tour. The all-new one-hour special premieres Wednesday, September 2 at 10/9c on TLC. Big & Rich are killing it in the charts and Kenny’s on the road well over half the year, making the few days home with his family truly special and completely unpredictable. Despite his crazy travel schedule and Christiev’s back-to-back styling gigs with A-list clientele, the couple manages to find the perfect balance between full-fledged rock stars and devoted parents. Viewers will get the chance to take a peek inside Kenny’s celebrity lifestyle and may be surprised to find that when he’s not filling stadiums and concert venues, he lives a typical life - albeit influenced by his over-the-top personality - filled with family dinners, yard work, date nights, playtime and bedtime stories. BIG KENNY AND FAMILY is produced by Pilgrim Studios, in association with Boomboombooya, Inc. for TLC. The executive producers are Craig Piligian, Yanne Debonne, Aaron Semmel, and Clay Vandiver. Kenny Alphin serves as Producer on the program. Big & Rich is comprised of Big Kenny and NBC’s “The Celebrity Apprentice” winner John Rich. The multi-platinum hit duo have garnered multiple Grammy, ACM, CMA and CMT Music Award nominations. The first single, “Look At You,” from their latest studio album, Gravity, smashed into the top 10 on the Country chart in November. Their current single, "Run Away With You," has hit radio airwaves and is currently climbing the charts. The country superstars’ first studio album, Horse of a Different Color, includes their hit infectious single, “Save a Horse (Ride a Cowboy).” Other hits include “Comin’ to Your City,” “8th of November” and their No. 1 hit, “Lost in this Moment.” Meanwhile, “Comin’ to Your City” is nearing a decade as the theme song for ESPN’s “College GameDay.
