In this season of We TV’s hit  series Marriage Boot Camp: Family Edition, four celebrity families put their trust in the show’s hosts, therapists Dr. Ish Major and Dr.  Venus Nicolino, in a last-ditch effort to repair their broken family bonds. Pop star Aaron Carter and his mother Jane met face-to-face in a dramatic reunion. Real Housewives  of Orange County’s Alexis Bellino and her also divorced mother Penelope suffered from years of pent-up resentment. Basketball  Wives’ Laura Govan and her parents struggled to break free from a daunting past. And notorious child actor Corey Feldman entered with his brother Eden and his wife Courtney to try to reunite their family.
Dr. Ish Major is a board-certified psychiatrist  who specializes in women, children and families. He was named to the prestigious list of America’s Top Psychiatrists for the last 3 years and is recognized by the International Association of Healthcare Professionals as one of Leading Physicians of the World.  In addition to his role on Marriage Boot Camp, Dr. Ish is a frequent guest host on The  Doctorsand resident expert on The Today Show. He brought his expertise to WeTV’s Ex  Isle with Carmen Electra, helping couples break free from past relationships.

In addition to previewing the dramatic season finale of Marriage Boot Camp: Family Edition, Dr. Ish can also share some tips regarding overcoming stressful  family dynamics or relationship pressure during the holidays, and how to set about finding new love for the new year.
