Episode 62: Cities Caught In Change
Dan Buettner is the founder of Blue Zones, an organization that helps people live longer, healthier lives. His highly anticipated first cookbook, The Blue Zones Kitchen, is filled with 100 recipes inspired by Blue Zones around the world where people live the longest. He presently live in the Miami area and I wanted to hear how the city looks as experienced by the locals.
VH1’s hit reality series T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle explores the home life of Grammy-winning rapper “T.I.” and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris with their six children. They are no strangers to the spotlight. Even with the Covid 19 pandemic adding pressure to the everyday, we’re still talking marital troubles, social media backlash and ongoing controversy or should I say drama?
During season 18 of NBC’s The Voice we met up with Tate Brusa who’s been singing his entire life. You’ll remember him for his raspy tone which he got from damaging his vocal cords when he was young. Tate dedicates a lot of his time to his original music. We talked out a new movement of sound caused by Coronavirus. Maybe grunge? What’s growing in and around Salt Lake City?
