I'm not one to talk about their physical dreams. Mainly because I believe what we see at night can easily serve as a gateway for those things we don't want to deal with in the everyday life. But when there's a connection between multiple nights, the pattern has to reveal something worth studying. Living here in the Carolinas we are always caught up in a several thunderstorm, tornado warning or hurricane. So to have a series of dreams about hardcore winds sort of made sense but didn't. Through meditation and awareness we have better control of the late night moving pictures. So leaned in on the dream experts who say that dreams featuring strong winds is the bodies way of telling the outside self that it isn't prepared for what is happening all too quickly. Covid-19, the protests and the looming financial crisis. Everyday we are hit by more and more uncertainty and our bodies are doing what comes natural. It's trying to free the think maker from the weight of what we can't control. Embracing the uncertainty doesn't mean we have to accept it. Through personal study we should take note of how as individuals uncertainty is leaving us. By awareness we take steps toward the storm without having to jump into it. Using tools such as prayer, meditation and writing are incredible decisions that need to be combined with working out, taking walks, locating puzzles or these diamond art pieces where you spend hours putting them into the picture itty bitty piece at a time. We all agree that these are uncertain times. Nothing triggers me faster than when someone says, "This too shall pass." That's no different than a fake smile or a comedian laughing without the crowd. Being aware of your personal growth through these moments of change and challenge is what's going to make you stronger. Stop reaching through the dark clouds and go around them knowing you have been given the strength to put peace ahead of all things. Peace should always come first. The second you step into uncertainty expect another battle.
